Need help! Trying to find establishment date for Jefferson School District

Hi. My name is Jennifer and I am searching for the answer to my question. I would really like to find out when the Jefferson School District was established. I don't need the exact date, but I DO need the exact year. I have called all around town and NOBODY knows. This is kind of sad. Almost every county has an historical society, sometimes they meet at the library. Ask there.
If the librarians don't know, then ask them about the Historical Society.

Several schools combined to make what is now the school. All of the small communities had their own school and as the community dwendled, they consolidated to Jefferson school.

Do a search for school and you will see that this web page is almost all about the schools and when they combined with Jefferson, but still does not give the Jefferson information you were wanting.
