Dems won't talk about GOD anymore?
I guess we will hear soon that God didn't create the earth, owe-bama did.

At least by reading some of the comments I'm guessing some still believe. Oh well, most of you wanted change, you got it.

God is the best subject to talk about, as long as people are not fussing or arguing over Him. God is Love and i will talk about his goodness, mercy and the love he has showed me all my life, plus he was always there when i thought there was no way. Thank God for his Amazing Grace. Jamey

Hey hobbles why do you want to start trouble. I will tell you why. Republicans only want to start sh-t to hide the truth about their policies and how they will hurt the middle class people. Now go back up on your little hill.

I'm stating the facts, and I'll state them anytime I want.
owe-bama has divided a lot of folks, Dems. against Reps. like I have never seen before. Instead of voting for whats best for our country, most are voting for a party.(or maybe a color) That two face belt buckle kissing pos owe-bama is responsible for that. I'll trade him for Herman Cain any day.

Hmm, maybe they are removing God talk because religion and government are supposed to be separate? Sorry, your days of Christian privilege have come to an end.

I do believe you are correct.
We are losing our beliefs in God, losing our respect for our flag and losing the love of our country. People want to re write the constitution. They are changing the laws as they see fit.(let anybody vote, let anybody in our country) We have gotten way to PC. It's now wrong to say hold the fort and on and on. Heck, they don't even want the kids to play tag any more. We give anybody/everybody money but get upset if they want to raise taxes or stop giving out money we don't have to start with. All this is being left for the children to pay for. It will have to be paid for someday and that someday is getting closer. I wonder what the kids are going to say to their parents 20 or 30 years from now? I wonder what our grandkids are going to say to us 10 years from now?? We let this happen..

Agreed! Religion has no place in politics. This country was founded on the freedom from religious persecution. Republicans are trying to take that away.

Hmmmmm...No more God talk huhh? This is as good a place as any to post my testimonial.

I would swear Our Father has worked to show me some light in the last three weeks.

I kindly fell down, nearly to rock bottom. The one person that has helped to pull me up the most was the least equipped to do so, I thought.

An hour long talk with a local Pastor helped to point me in the right direction. And I do not even attend that Church, I don't attend any Church. I need not attend Church to believe and pray.

I don't need to go to Church to believe Our Father helped my life.

Some people in this town also had some input in pulling me from the brink of some kind of darkness.
Some were friends, some I hardly knew(turns out they were friends also). And I believe there were acts of kindness by folks I didn't even know.

I do not necessarily have a new lease on life, but then again maybe I do. Some changes were made, and more are coming.

That word "love", I don't use often except to sometimes say there has never been much of it in my life. Well I reckon I found some! When one doesn't really know, it can be somewhat difficult to receive.

So I give Thanks! To Our Father. To and for a certain family member. To a good man who is also a Pastor. Friends. And some people of Scottsville.

When it appeared failure was imminent, all of these decided failure was not an option...Amen

Keep politics and religion separate, period. There are more important issues to deal with.
