Yea, yea, yea, but me and my brother Teddy don't have to look at the shit sitting on store shelves in Scottsville. We would bring our shotguns and blast that shit off the shelves. We ain't puttin' up with that nasty shit.
See most people are wanting it by the drink, not talking about booze stores! I would like to drive down the street have a steak & a beer!

I think I was once told that Allen County was a " wet " county years and years ago. An the drunks were kept under control, as the police would ride by and check the cars..and a block later, they were arrested for DUI. Our taxes would probably go up, not down, as we would have a jail full of inmates, to feed three times a day.'If " the tax money was put to good use, it would be fine, but in Scottsville, I am not sure it would be put to good use. Think I would have to vote NO

Just because some people do it don't mean everyone does and yes i am very much against it. Let a drunk driver hit you head on and about kill you and see how you feel.

The Farter himself don't drink booze. I am sure some of the congergation do, but at The Church of Discount Sin, for $299.95 tithes your sins are forgiven for 90 days or your money back. For sure some folks get their money's worth. Hehehehehe. Stop by sometime for a Glory Be Sweet Tea.

Is it the beer or the buzz? There are several brands of non-alcholic beer available. Long ago, I have tasted both and can't tell the difference.....people who drink beer might. To me both tastes like crap smells.

Mr Farter,
Does your church baptise members?
How much is charged for those services?
Do you keep an itemized list for tax purposes?
Just a friendly reminder from your friendly I R S RAT uh agent.
Thank you.

What kind of f'n moron's are you people? To have something to drink with your meal doesn't not make you an alcoholic and is considered pretty normal in most parts of the world (Scottsville excluded). Also.. You just ASSUME that I will be driving home? Sheesh.. I was born and raised here, but I definitely understand why people from other places think that you people are inbred. F'n moron.

Ok people lets use thoes thing in our head called brains.
If someone is going to cheat then they will cheat weather they are drinking or not. If they are going to lie same deal.
Also having alchol available here might actually cut down on the DUI. Rather than going to BG to get drunk and then driving home they would already be in their home town. As far as underage drinking there are these neet things call laws... they require an establishment to have proof of age for anyone not appearing old enough. If you are concerned that the children would have someone old enough go and get it for them... they can do that now by having someone go to BG.
I for one would love to see this county go wet. I would like to see some different resturaunts move here. I watched E-town finally make the change to go wet.(you can purchase drinks at a resturant but no liquor stores) This caused a large boom in business. Some nice resturants actually built new establishments causing new jobs, and we could really use the new jobs.

Who said it did make anyone an alcoholic? Who gives a big schitt what other people think? Nothing good has ever come from the use of alcohol as a beverage.

Yes The First Church of Discount Sin, conducts baptizm's. There is no charge, it is a $75.00 donation. We are tax exempt + we are a non profit organization. See Rev. does baptizm at creek, has to have suit cleaned and pressed afterward, 35.00. get bit by snake at creek, ER Bill 975.00, we are coming out in the hole. We only use the church jet for official business. We use it to get closer to the Lord. He is very busy and don't always have time to come down to us. We are a very poor church. Even the Rolex I wear is bottom of the line.

You know what kills me...
The way all you people are going on about all these bad things that alchol will do. The alchol won't do anything. The people that would do these things have every opportunity to do thoes things now. That is like saying that guns kill people. The gun doesn't kill anyone it is the person pulling the trigger.
It is really sad the faith you people have in your fellow Scottsvillians. One drink and they will all go nuts and turn this town into a hell hole.
Right now anything that could bring more jobs to Scottsville is worth it.

It will not bring new jobs. Alcohol only brings misery and has never accomplished anything good and never will. Excuses, I've already heard all of them. There is no excuse.
