Find proof they have it. I can pull the inmate handbook and prove to you there is no "parole". If you don't get thrown into the hole or any other offenses will incarcerated you earn 54 days per year. In the state system you get good time which deducts time off your sentence even if you are denied parole. So please find your proof there is parole and I can knock it down every time.
I agree that one should of been federal...but why they pick and chose which actually are is beyond me.
About the time in jail....with the federal system unless it is a violent charge they don't go to jail until they have to report to prison. A lot of times it is a month or two after you plead or are found guilty (if it was me I would rather plead....more likely to get less time cause it pisses them off if you try to battle them in court) and you can do a voluntary surrender.
Federal Probation look it up yourself. I guess they don't put that in your handbook. They don't want everyone to know about it. Its on the internet for anyone to see.

I think you are mixed up. Yes they have probation where you check in with a federal probation officer AFTER you serve your sentence. But there is NO parole.

Maybe I should break it down better for

Probation in criminal law is a period of supervision over an offender, ordered by a court in the stead of serving time in prison.

Conditional, revocable, premature release of a prisoner. Commonly, prisoners serving sentences from one to four years are eligible for parole after serving one third of the sentence, subject to a minimum of one year. Some jurisdictions (such as the US) allow parole even to those serving life sentence. In most cases, it is granted by a local parole board in consultation with members of the community. A 19th century US invention, parole is not remission of a sentence. If the released convict (called the parolee) breaks any condition of the release, he or she may be arrested again to serve the remaining portion of the sentence in prison.

Again there is NO parole but yes there is probation AFTER you serve your sentence

You do not have parole in the federal system. The only thing they offer is 54 days per year of good time. So if you are convicted for 5 years and get in no trouble you do the entire 5 years minus 270 days for good time.
Since it is federal you are guaranteed to get a hefty conviction unless they take a plea bargin. They have minimum mandatory sentencing. So you are charged with this crime you automatically get this amount of time. With them it is 1+1=2 unless you get a decent plea deal.
With fed time, you do 85% of your time and then you are eligable for parole. There are many ppl that makes parole. With the system being broke, anyone is eligable for parole and will get parole unless you are charged with a violent crime...and in this case, there was no violent crime committed.

For those that says money talks....not with BOP. Some well known people to serve with BOP:

I am sorry but you can convince me that any of the convicted have more money than them and they still served....
You can throw up all these famous ppl with money and they done time. You cannot say money does not talk, but you are wrong. Look at the Katie Autry case. Anyone and everyone knows that Lucas Goodrum was guilty. Stephen Soules was took the time because he had a court appointed attorney. Lucas is running the streets while Soules is got 2 life sentences. Back to reality. This is not Hollywood. This is a small town of Scottsville where money does talk.

Wow thank you for proving my point....round of applause!!!!! 85% of your times....that is you get off 54 days per year....google it if you don't believe me. But it's not "parole". You do your time and get out on PROBATION. Everyone who is serving is eligible for their good time you just lose it easily. Trust me....I've had family thru they system

Yeah back to reality....all the people listed did time in FEDERAL prison not STATE. Do your research before you attack me

Umm first of all I'm not copying and pasting...but thanks for the compliments of my intelligence. Good for your "buddy" but it was one of my parents that went thru the system. I lived and had a major crash course in BOP politics. So I do believe my experience trumps yours....

Lets be real people, this is Allen County we are talking about money does talk.Allen County is full of people in the justice system that will turn there head as long as you got money to hand out,I know that for a fact.As far as Lynn she will more and likley get off with just probation, hopefully not but truley do you really think she is going to go to jail,if so that means we have found somebody in this little town of ours to finally step up and do what is right. And as far as Jeff it sucks really bad for him cause he will be the one to get the the time why?Cause of his past records,Allen County has and probally always will turn there heads for a little bit of extra green put in there hands and for the poor folks get ready to say hello to Pipers Palace. It is truley sad for our justice system to be this way.But the truth of it is Allen County has always been this way and its sad cause i really do love my little country town ,just remember don't get in trouble unless you got money or know someone one that is well know in this little town.

"Old Friend", Seems like to me that you might be one of those who's been on the wrong side of the law. Perhaps you were caught, tried, convicted and punished for some wrong doing.

We know, it wasn't your fault. You were probably framed by someone with money.

Whether you want to believe it or not, he/she is right. Not only in this town but all over, but the bigger the town the more money and influence a person needs.

I think in reality she knew better than to take meds like that in the first place but sometimes dollar signs make you do crazy things but all the other people involved should have knew better than to contribute their efforts to help her make the money in the first place they should have known that they would be the ones to be hit the hardest with the whole thing. None of us know what actually happened to start the whole ordeal but I do know that people do alot of things and they get nothing its time the legal system started being tougher on all crimes, you do meth oh lets put you on probation and send you to some classes and you be good and you are done anybody who does a crime should do their time no matter what.

Well, just to let you know that i did do a crime and i did do my time.I am not scared to admit to what i have done in the past, for i am a differnt person today. But through out my time spent i seen a lot of heads being turned and a lot of dirty stuff being done to people through our justice sytem,if money don't change people minds then tell me why two people can have the exact same charge and neither one of them had never had a charge before but, only one of them done any time and the other walked out with probation cause they had money.Things like that happens ever day in Allen county.Another example why is it one person gets busted cooking meth and gets drug court and another person gets 20 years on there first charge,do you really believe that our justice system is fair if so i am sorry and hopefully you never get in any trouble in Allen .
