It's 2013, my granddaughter went to 7 stores looking for Pure & Natural for me with no luck ... I've relied in the original formula for years, I guess I'll keep looking.

I order it off of amazon. The price is about the same. It always seems to be for sale and I hope the company is still making it. It is the only body wash I've found that doesn't make me itch.

I used Pure and Natural for years after discovering it does't make me itch like most other soaps. I don't understand idiots who make the decision to fix what is not broken as in the infamous Coca-Cola case in the 80's. I think there's a need for a lot of people to justify their salaries, even when the decision is moronic. Anyway, on the advice of my dermatologist, I now use Cetaphil. It is wonderful, very soothing, and reasonably priced.

Have you checked Amazon? I figure that Dial still has it manufactured because they have to, having bought the company. Thus they probably sell it off to wholesalers who sell in places like Amazon. The price is good.

I don't see why it isn't at least marketed in health food stores and the like. But I don't buy a Dial produce on general principal.

I went looking for yardly lavander soap at Walmart, and they had mabye three brands and a bunch of body wash. I can use their soap if its not used too often.

I am another person who grew up in a household that used Dial Gold. I am simply horrified by what has happened with Dial recently. I bought a three pack of the Dial Basic Soap and found something odd in the first bar. As I used it, hard "nodes" and "surfaces" were appearing. These were hard enough to scratch me as I ran the bar over my arms.
I thought this was just a problem with the bar so I threw it out and opened the second bar. A few days ago, I once again encountered the hard "surfaces". I am not even going to bother opening the third bar. I have gone back to using Dove again (As I had been for the last couple of years) and will not buy any more Dial soap.

I am down to my last 5 bars of Pure & Natural. Yes, I bought everything I could find when they stopped making it. The first time I contact Dial, they told me that Basics had replaced the Pure & Natural and was the same thing. It is not. I have a reaction to the Basics that I have never had with the Pure & Natural. The second time I contacted Dial to beg for them to start making the Pure & Natural again, they told me that it wasn't there product, alluding to the fact that they never sold it. Why do these companies always think that new and different is better? From the messaging I've seen, they are losing a lot of money by not producing it. There are a lot of consumers out there that need this soap.
