Holiday Shopping mean Vicious & Savage

Last week my wife start making list for Holiday gift for our children & Grand children. She went to Nordstrome, Macy's & high fashioned store to get some gift idea. She was totally surprise vicious & savage most employee just to earn their sale. I ask her what wrong & she reply that shopping is no longer a fun thing to do. Because sales people are often stabbing each other employee just to make the most sale. She notice in a fitting room are full of dresses was being put away by one sale person & the rest of savage employee are hogging the cash register. My wife was so upset that many of this cloths that may fit her are not in the rack for customer to look. She instantly can tell which sale person the most aggressive. Those are who say to her that if it is not in the rack, mean not available. In fact most of those she's looking for are in the fitting room.
She feel that no body in the management nor among those group care about watching each other well being. As the holiday get closer, sales people in many of this retailers will keep stepping each other toe just to get ahead. Vicious & Savage how she describe her experience. She said my God, are we so badly need to earn a living ro someone in the upper rank just badly need to make a bonus, even it mean to watch the little people viciously fight each other just to make a buck. She describe those sales people well dress but animal. She said from now on she find pleasant to shop in a little strip mall instead inside shopping mall. And she always ask which sales person who has the least sold that day but not those greedy individual. Holiday is about fairness & kindness.

I'm a salesperson & if i don't make my monthly goal, I get no bonus & I get written up. So u have to be vicious to survive. I take as many as I can to sell & ring up. Even it mean to cheat & steal my co-worker customer to get ahead. You don't live in a fair world. So wake up people! This is reality not wonder land.
