I think both of the Subway's in this town are absolutely disgusting. They open the cases where the meat and vegetable are and flies come out and I swear they never clean anything. The one in Walmart all they do is sit back in their little cubby and do nothing. The one by ace is a bunch of teenagers that sit around flicking their nasty pony tails around. How hard is it to get off your lazy butts and clean the nasty hole?

The reason for the poor conditions are 100% related to the owner, our india brother, who by the way requires the young girls, 15 & 16 , to work overtime but refuses to pay them. He is breaking laws all over the place but noway seems to have the energy to contact the Indiana Dept of Labor, and/or Internal Revenue Service. It is ridiculus what the kids go through to work there. And yes the Wal-Mart subway employees generally hide back behind wall and sit and sleep instead of cleaning . 100% true!

Ok first off some people on here have the worst grammar, but anyways I know an employee of wal-mart subway and the one by Ace. One girl today was in the store by herself for 6 hours. Can you imagine making subs for rude customers like yourselves all alone? I personally know that they mop and sweep the floors daily. I know some girls at both stores and trust me they are very OCD about cleaning. On the contrary though the subway employees are paid to make sandwiches, and they mob and clean up every night or when they don't have a rush. I have a question for you. What more important stuffing your faces or walking on a dirty floor? Exactly, point proven time to go get my 5 dollar foot long.

Yeah there job is to make sandwhiches...which they don't do. especially at the walmart one. they sit there in the back and let one girl work when there is a line and they let flies all over the food

Real simple. Turn him into the Internal Revenue Service and turn him into the US Department of Labor and Indiana Department of Labor. By law they have to investigate. Including the IRS who just loves taking it out on people who break the law. Add in the Social Security Administration since he is falsifying records and they aren't getting their appropriate amount of taxes.

By the way, call up the Scott County Board of Health and the Indiana Department of Health. Im sure its in the local phone book and tell them what goes on at those Subways.

The IRS and State will not do anything to him. They can get by with anything and if they dont like it they pack up and return home to their favorite goat. I personaly dont shop at either subway or any of the Marathons. For anyone that thinks that prejudice thats fine but last time I check im spending US currency and I can spend it with who ever I want. There is an issue everytime I go into the subway by Ace, they are so rude no matter what. I seriously asked if they had more baked lays chips in the back. The girl acted like I was wasting her time. Where I work that is totally unacceptable. Or you walk in and just stand there for 20 minutes till the employees finish their conversations with each other. But, the employees at the subway in Walmart are so much nicer and very caring.
