You can add one more to the list an 18-day old baby.
This 18 day old baby deserves more than being added to the social network "list" of senseless babble of Scott County Residents. What type of pure evil was in that house with that child? What type of mother would let anything as horrific as that happen to an 18 day old baby? Blunt Trama ended this childs life and by the grace of god, someone will pay.

Well, you have the following:
Campbell's parents and his subsequent suicide
Ivey
Keown
Possibly this baby.
That's 5 murders in just the past 2 or 3 years alone. Then there's the man from Austin that's been missing for over a year, that's probably six.
That's a lot for such a small county. Very sad. And all probably killed by people they knew. Even worse.

Don't forget the multiple drug overdoses. I realize they aren't technically murders, but shouldn't the dope dealers be held, at least partially responsible for these deaths?

Dope dealers dont force someone to do drugs, the druggies do drugs that they get from dope dealers so the answer to your question is no.

<quoted text> lets mention straight up crazy just for a moment. did you hear about the 2 yr old in madison( this was on the news and in the paper) a boyfriend tortured the toddler not only beat this child and ALSO...pulled the toddlers teeth out with pliers ( approx 8-10 teeth) now doesnt that make you really sick OMG!!! and they havent formely charged him yet because it hasnt been proven who did it. from what I understand the mother was at work. the child lived. there should be a law that alows a good strong man to hold him down while another good strong man pulls out every tooth in his head with pliers. yes folks this happened in madison indiana.
The truth is the mom was there and had her hands in that little boys torture! Jessica and fatcat need to have their teeth yanked out for what they did to this child! This horrible mother needs to take her part in the blame also instead of people pretending to know what's going on saying she had nothing to do with it! They were both takin to jail and hopefully they will both get what's coming to them!!!!!!!

Ok, so using this logic, if someone sells drugs to someone who they KNOW is a drug abuser, but aren't responsible for how they use those drugs, then someone who sells a gun to someone they KNOW is a killer is not at all responsible when they kill someone with that gun? I mean, hey, they didn't "force" them to kill someone with it. Selling drugs is a crime. If someone dies as a result of your crime, are you not, at least partially responsible? Would you give car keys to a drunk? I mean you're not forcing them to drive and possibly kill themselves or someone else, BUT you provided the means for them to do so.

there was also the Abbot family that was murdered in Austin a month or so back. And that Katy girl that was killed in Crothersville a couple of years back.
And that man that disappeared in Austin about a year ago, I'd take that into consideration too.

TO Do Not Forget:The only crime a drug dealer has done is just that, being a drug dealer.Know is being a drug dealer wrong, YES and should be punished, but to punish the drug dealer for murder for a druggie overdosing no.
Here is an example: A person takes a gun and commits suicide, this make the gun manufacture responsible...NO it does.
You have a over eating disorder and you go to mcdonalds and die from a heart attack from your disorder, does this make Mcdonalds liable because because they should have seen that you had a disorder and not serve you...NO it does not

So see if went by your theory and logic we would putting in prison 90% of the people along gun manufactures, alcohol manufactures and the food industry because they all hand a hand in killing someone.NOW BACK TO THE TOPIC OF THE THREAD

The only flaw I see in this argument is that gun manufactureres, McDonalds, etc. are producing a legal product. If someone obtains their product legally, then misuses it, they are not responsible. What I'm saying is that the drug dealers are committing a crime by supplying an illegal product to begin with, Therefore, they have committed a crime which may, or may not result in death. It is my OPINION that they are, at least PARTIALLY responsible for the end result of their CRIME, as I said before. Why is a bar owner held liable by the law if they overserve a patron, then that person kills someone while driving drunk? I respect your opinion also. That's what is so great about our country. We are all entitled to our own opinion. In my opinion a drug dealer is the lowest form of parasite who profits from the weakness of others to control their addictions. Drug dealers want their "customers" to become addicts, because it profits them. How much lower can someone get? What kind of lowlife, piece of crap would rather profit from the misery of another human being, rather than earn an honest living and be a productive member of the human race? I hope they all rot in Hell
