Comes now the State of Indiana by the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Defendant appears in person and by counsel, withdraws plea of not guilty, enters plea of guilty to Theft. The Court accepts guilty plea finds Defendant is guilty of Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Class D felony; the Defendant should be imprisoned for two (2) years in the appropriate penal facility. As a special condition of probation, any outstanding fees or costs should be paid within nine (9) months from the beginning date of probation. The Court further finds that the State of Indiana agrees to dismiss Counts II and II. IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED ORDERED AND ADJUDGED the Defendant shall be imprisoned for two (2) years in the appropriate penal facility. Well the commissioners aren't doing their job right now because they're letting a lady boss at the highway department do all the hiring and I voted for the commissioners to run the county not her so when voting time comes it's time to make a change all in all out
