Does anyone else out there have as much trouble with Charter as I do? I am so fed up with them not fixing their issues..just send out another technican....same thing over and over again.

ours too and my sisters. It constantly goes in and out.. to top it all off they didnt send a bill for last month and sent a cut off notice.
I called and couldnt even tell them that we were gonna be on it next week cause its under my boyfriends names and Im not a approved user or something.
Gah. Done with it!

Thought ours was fixed but its slowing down again, and kicking us off again..not as often but still, I dont think I can go through the 15 visits from techinicans again, time to do something else..ridiculous!

It has been going on for at least 2 months now. Abby at least a few weeks since you offered to help. They know where the problem is but for some reason cannot seem to fix it. Every time our internet acts up it takes weeks if not months to get it fixed. Tell them to get their asses out to Tupelo Pike and replace the lines. It is affecting people for miles. So disgusted with Charter! Better hurry up and post this before it goes out again. Tired of paying for services we are not getting.

AMEN....Maddielou...supposed to have fixed ours AGAIN..went our last night at 8:30 and didnt have internet again until 1:00 today. Of course, its night time and my HIGH SPEED internet is acting like dial up....we switiching to Scottsboro cable next week..would rather for less options then this CRAP from CHarter. I will tell everyone I know to do the same. CHARTER SUX!!!!!!!!!!

Also, called customer support last night..mad as hell..spoke to a "Supervisor" who lied and said my situation would be esculated to corporate and that a someone from corporate would call me this morning..do you think they did..hell no..liars..liars..liars

We dropped charter 3 years ago beccause the scottsboro office would accept payment this month but the next month couldn't accept cash.
The next month could accept cash but couldn't take debit. Then the next month said tha we had to pay at Jasper because we were in Bridgeport. The only reason we were trying to pay at the billing office was because the online bill pay was out for months. I got tired of spending literally 3 to 4 hours a night on the phone with customer service TRYING to give them my payment.
