So lets see, you are drafted, sent to sounth east asia to kill folks you never ment, and during this you are exposed to a toxic substance that damages you and your future offspring.

Emp, you are right, you should be able to sue...your employer, the US government. How many of the drafted folks were maimed and killed by an errant mortar round, artillery shell,.45 slug, or due to a wreck while riding in a jeep? Facts are a bunch, and all the responsibility of the employer. Oh, lets sue the manufactures of the above. Truth be known, the government is probably the worse employer in terms of accidents but you can't sue so the lawyers go after the contractors. What a waste.
