Sorry to hear that Bro Bri. What about freedom of speech? Is the creep sitting in a protected cage because he is a victim of his parents abuse, 100 years ago? Maybe getting one on one counseling from some idiot?
Still Wondering

Brother Bri, How is your Son doing? What have you heard of Zolli Smith? Have you seen his wife? It was like watching the blind leading the blind.....This state is unbelievable...They should have both been in an acute care enviroment. However when they closed about the only Mental Ward, as it used to be called in Santa Clara, our State became the home of many homeless, mentally ill and addicted (same thing) if you ask me.
So now your Son, along with many other innocent people pay. We need advocates........

i knew zolli my whole life growing up. he was one of my dad's good friends since the 70's. despite his problems he was a good hearted compassionate man that absolutely hated people who hurt or abused children. my dad was the same way. my dad told me stories about what they did to people in prison that hurt kids. drug addiction does not necessarily make you a bad person. i cant even imagine what he's probly going through in his head right now. people make mistakes, we wouldn't be human if we didn't. next time look in the mirror and examine all the things that you've done that you never got caught for or that could have ended up in disaster. if you dont have any, then your not human. everybody has done something wrong
Still wondering

Being "good hearted compassionate man that absolutely hated people who hurt or abused childred" does not absolve a person of their crimes. This is premise for discipline. Perhaps this will be a wake up call for him.

By the way, I read the report and his behavior at the time is that of scum. He claimed no responsibility and was in denial. This attitude continued through the case. I am happy for you that you can view him in a positive light, but in my mind, he is scum and a 3 time looser.

Addiction changes a man.

I have done many things wrong. We all have, but that does not mean it is right. People need to be responsible for their actions. Letting people get away with murder, assault, theft, or other crimes does no one good. Especially the perpetrator. Your attitude (celo) is part of the problem and why a person high on drugs almost killed a kid. I think the kid in this case will have longer side effects than the addict called "Zolli" will ever know.

Hello Brother Bri... How is your Son doing? Are you allowed to print the letter that was written to the judge or your Son, or are you still being bullied?
