Who the heck are you to say such a thing? Have you read our forensics report? There were NO images on his computer; just websites that viruses spammed over and over. How dare you have the nerve to day "it's obvious he's guilty." You don't know myself OR my husband. You haven't lived with the facts of this case for the past fifteen months. You are out of line and wrong. And possibly guilty of libel.

I know the Fiola's and I know the facts in this case. You are dead wrong, mister. The forensics examiner they hired found 25 Trojan horses and viruses on the computer but here were no stored images of any kind. Websites were stored in a hidden cache folder for temporary internet files. And the anti virus software on his computer had been confiugred improperly and wasn't working. The state conducted TWO forensic examinations that concurred with the Fiola's. He was not "getting off on a technicality." You have no basis for your comments and I find them offensive and inappropriate. You're probably some 14 year old comptuer geek, sitting in your mother's basement. Grow up, Mr. Maplewood NJ. The next finger could be pointing at you.

What a bunch of BS wrote:
No virus uploads actual images of child porn on your computer. The guy will be getting off on technicality, when in fact it's obvious he's guilty.
How rude! How can you be so uncompassionate to a family that has been through such hardship? You should be tarred and feathered.

I think this is horrible. I guess there is no such thing as you are innocent until found guilty.
This is proof right here.

You said it Missy. I wish I had advice for everyone out there, but I don't. My husband didn't look at ANYTHING more racy than the local weather report. He had no idea these viruses were on his computer, and he had no control over the anti-virus scans that the IT dept was supposed to be overseeing. This is a nightmare of epic proportions. BE afraid. And don't trust the government.

What ever happened to INNOCENT until proven Guilty. Are we not still in America and how can someone lose their job and have their character tarnished and someone not be responsible? If anything he should have been suspeneded from his job until proof showed that he did indeed download images of children, then he could have been fired. Someone needs topay what they have done to this man. It shouldn't be him or his family.
