Should Plymouth County Probate and Family Court judges be reprimanded and removed from the bench for failing to ensure the safety of minor children, and the best interest of the child when adjudicating support-custody-visitation cases? Particularly, when parent(s) have criminal records of rape and sexual assault; history of drug/alcohol abuse; allegations of child molestation involving step-children; history of mental health issues; and imprisonment for domestic violence. Should the representative parent be found in contempt for not allowing unsupervised visitation when the court failed to utilize the court clinic to investigate the appropriateness of unsupervised visitation; failed to conduct home-study, drug/alcohol evaluations; mental health assessment; and verifying rape case probation stipulations?
