i just so happen to be Tyler Ross's ex girlfriend. And i do believe that The whole thing was an accident. And i do believe that when he says that he was trying to get her out of the car and couldn't that he was telling the truth.

Be that as it may, there's still the issue of how the car got in the water to begin with, hence the reckless homicide charge.

That is true yes, but i'm just trying to let people know that Tyler may have not been the #1 student, or everyone's favorite kid. But, Considering the community that he grew up in he could've been doing way worse. i've known him since I was very young. And therefore I can strongly suggest that even though He was recklessly driving, the flipping of the car was unintentional. I mean Seymour is my home town, and i know TONS of teens that drive around that area recklessly, going on cruises and what not. And Tyler is one of the many that has been a part of that, the drive that they were going on is one that i have even taken, it's just very unfortunite that they didn't make it back to shields park or someone's house like they would've any other time.

I was told no water was foun in her lungs. Was she dead before the car ever hit the water?

Yes, she died on impact. Which explains why Tyler couldn't get her out of the car, because she was already dead! So, even though the wreck was his fault, he tried to get her out, and couldn't,(obviously) considering she was already gone. So therefore everyoe needs to stop doggin Tyler for not getting her out, even though she is little imagine the circumstances, and imagine how hard it would be to pull her out, if she wasn't moving. We all just need to look at this as a f--kin wake up call not to be out driving crazy, and smokin because we could possibly all end up like HER. i knew her, and i'm Tyler's ex, so I understand all the feelings coming from her family, and also his feelings.

i never said that i know ALL. And understanding how her family feels??? being..suprised, hurt, full of unpleasant emotions? How could someone not understand that/ or know that/ when her whole family has voiced those things/ And ppl are ALLOWED to voice their opinions. no disrespect intended. but Brooke had been one of my friends in seymour. So, yes, i do somewhat understand how her family feels, i may not be blood. But I'm her age, and it seems like all the teenagers that hung out in Seymour got really close, very quickly. I;ve been on that same road, driving crazy, and being reckless. This tragedy should be a wake up call for all the teens in Seymour and the surrounding areas that we need to be more responsible. ALL OF US. BTW i'm the same person as the one whom knows all. And i DIDN'T make that username in light of things I heard about her death either.

Antisocial: Brooke was a 16 year old girl. Unfortunately teens do not always make the best decisions. She paid the ultimate price for her bad decision. Stay tuned for more in this case......... it isn't as clear cut as you think.

Brooke left home before her Mom got home from work. She was dead by 5 pm. It was still daylight. Teenagers do not always make good decisions. As I said....it is not cut & dry. Nothing is clear cut.
