Wayne Morgan should rot behind bars--he's the perfect definition of "scum"!!!
If any "joe blow" off the street had pulled the stunts he pulled they would have been behind bars long ago with no questions asked.

I don't understand how this county can sit by and watch this happen without letting the "county seat" know how they feel--just remember, next time Mr. Morgan is angry and driving it might be a member of your family he leaves by the side of the road--dead!
