Why would a person get charged for that? Suicide is a personal decision and a cowards way out (unless ure too young or ignorant to know any better). No matter what the guy did by giving him a gun. so what! did the suicide man ask for help? if he didnt then fuck em! anyone who truly wants help will ask for it or be forced into it and since noone can force someone to commit suicide then..... WTFEVER! Why doesnt the majority of law enforcement do their jobs properly and serve the public the best they can instead of trying to fucking charge people when they know its bogus.

I "heard" the "victim" in this case didn't have powder burns on either hand..... Sounds Shady to me.
Also, I must agree that Law Enforcement needs an Enema around here. If in fact this case is a suicide, they shouldn't even be questioning the supplier of the weapon. He could have given him the weapon under the pretense of target practicing etc., and was totally unaware of his intentions.
Just another legal Cluster Scrump in good ol' Shurekill County.

The fact is that assisting a suicide is illegal and believe it or not, suicide is against the law too. If Andy had survived this, he could have been brought up on charges himself for attempting suicide. The supplier of the weapon admitted to giving Andy the gun right after he made that comment. Common sense would tell you that he knew what Andy would do with it. This is why I no longer live in Schuylkill county, because even the majority of people like to say what if when they should have read the fine print, so to speak.

Well I have been hounded for years by coppers, trying to charge me with murders, rapes, drugs, extortion, bribery,...the list is endless.
In the end the get me for income tax evasion.
typical coppers!
I guess, they are as stupid as rocks, but so are the laws.
laws work for one person and not the other.
cops go out and shoot and kill people, are they charged? NO they get off scott free.
cops go out and threaten people, charged? no
cops go out and well they do whatever they want aand never charged.
and its not only coppers, its every politician too.
suicide? hey if you want to die that bad, walk in to a police station with a fake gun and im sure they will all shoot you.
suicide a crime? that only shows how greedy the cops and courts are!
see how the greed works?
if you are not in the brotherhood of fraternal order of police, one of the political parties, they will do anything to you, even force charges.
sounds very familiar, wait a minute, there are at least a hundred posts on here about that same thing, by a guy called the colonel.
I just sent him a bunch of hard core gang members to stir things up there, and put these crooked greedy coppers in their place. guess they didnt get there yet.
