typical tractor trailer trying to make the turn too fast - no pitty for the driver. don't tell me he wasn't going to fast a co-worker of mine witnessed him doing so.....

next time you approach this insection and attempt this same left turn. you'll realize the tilghman street side of this road is pitched to the right.. your auto will automatically pitch regardless of your speed.

How do you fasten shredded metal in a dump trailer? This is how they normally hall scrap from Achey’s.

there are many problems with rigs these days;
the most hoorifying is the fact that large company's are hiring drivers from other countries, and mexico.
these drivers cannot read write or speak ANY english.
most of the large companies have an uplink that the drivers are in communication via satelite with an interpreter.
when the interpreter goes tothe bathroom or is on the phone yelling at the kids, or not paying attention these drivers crash.
the hispanic drivers are working for minimum wages; taking away all the good frieght from the hard working, "SAFE" american drivers.
they use 4-6 drivers per truck with one lisence between them. they use old equipment that is NOT legal here in the states.
The bottom line here is that DOT is NOT enforcing the laws on these drivers because our government has let these people invade with immunity.
I, or anyone else from this country must pass a drivers test, MUST be able to read, write and speak english, and KNOW the laws and the colors of signs and what all the signs mean.
so contact the state department, the congressmen senators, DOT, even the president and insist that this be stopped.
too many inocent people are getting hurt or killed throughout this country by these NON LEGAL drivers.
as for the local drivers hitting bridges and flipping rigs and driving without a lisence.
not only should the driver be stripped of his lisence but the COMPANY should lose its lisence for letting it happen.
PRETRIP- is a term that says you look at your map and map out a route, which includes all low clearence bridges. so either the river is not routing his way or he cannot read.
also the security of the load is the drivers responsibility; and then falls on the company.
this will never change unless the laws are enforced and the company"s are nailed and they get rid of all the drivers who are unsafe to drive on OUR nations roadways.
i have seen too many PREVENTABLE accidents that if DOT and law enforcement did their job the accident would not have happened.
