SICK OF IT

It was brought up at the county supervisors meeting that the republican commissioner of the election board has not been showing up for work and one supervisor wanted to know why. they went into executive session and when they came out, they still wouldn't say. It came as a surprize to several of the supervisors they had no idea. We all know whey. He's being investigate for illegal activity at his job. The wheels of his justice are turning extremly slow. He is one of the good ole boys at the county. they may even find a way to sweep this away unless somehow we can bring this to the attention of the press.

It really doesn't matter what your political affiliation...if this one gets swept under the carpet to protect the good ole boys, we ALL lose.

Wonder what happened in that Executive Session regarding the Republican Election Commissioner who is missing from meetings for an extended period of time? Not one of those Supervisors can claim ignorance to the fact, he has been missing and talked about. Constituents must have asked Mr. Dedrick about the facts in this mystery. Maybe waiting until after election. Remember the 2 are members of the Grand Ole Party, two of the goodoleboys. Keep posting your findings.

I'll tell you what's taking so long....he's one of them. I assume they knew what he was doing when he did it. Who knows, maybe he was told to do it. Typical wrote: Everyone else in the county knows about this, what took them so long.

The commissioner is not only missing from meetings, he is missing from work. I'm told from a reliable source he has not shown up since the investigation. But the "grand ole party" keeps paying him. AND HE GETS FULL HEALTH INSURANCE! That tells me somebody's got something to hide. Maybe "good ole Lou" has the goods on them. Let's face it, he's all about himself. If they throw him in, he'll do the same to them. They've got to buy him off to shut up. That's my opinion. interesting wrote: Wonder what happened in that Executive Session regarding the Republican Election Commissioner who is missing from meetings for an extended period of time? Tom Scozzafava deserves a medal. There's one problem though. He has put himself in a bad situation. Backing Julie was the beginning. Once he backed her, they turned on him. Now he brings up LS and they didn't like it. He has to watch his back now. Don't be surprised if you start seeing BS thrown around about him. I'm already seeing it. Don't believe it though. He has taken a stand against the machine and they will punish him. Anyone with common sense though will see this. We need to support these people who are exposing the tight knit crooked circle. If you see Tom, THANK HIM. He put his career on the line. concerned tax payer wrote: www.co.essex.ny.us and then Bd of Sup and then Mon.10/5 minutes gets you there THANKS TOM FOR BRING IT UP WISH I COULD VOTE FOR YOU, YOU ARE THE KIND OF SUPERVISOR TICONDEROGA HAS NEEDED FOR YEARS.....WANT TO MOVE SOUTH?

He is not just missing from meetings, he's missing from work. He hasn't shown up since the investigation started. In fact, he never showed up. I have it from a good source that he is still getting paid. HE IS STILL RECEIVING FULL HEALTH INSURANCE. They probably can't do anything about him, because they know he will rat THEM out. He did it with their knowledge and they maybe even made him do it. They've got to pay him off to shut him up. interesting wrote: Wonder what happened in that Executive Session regarding the Republican Election Commissioner who is missing from meetings for an extended period of time? Tom deserves a medal. He stood up the them when he supported Julie Garcia. They didn't like it. He questioned them about the missing commissioner. They didn't like it. I fear they are going to cause problems for him. You'll start hearing about "THINGS" he's done or is doing. Don't believe it. They want him gone. When you see him, THANK HIM for thinking for himself instead of following the crooked ring.

He might be fine, since almost all supervisors are looking for a better ("with the state") job, not sure TS is a supervisor using his position as a stepping stone. He seems to like it, he left and went back to it. Of course, he's probably most likely to be offered a plum though. concerned wrote: Tom deserves a medal. They can't buy Tom, and he has burned way to many bridges with the republican party. He won't be offered anything now or in the future from them. He has shown he's not in this for the money. I think that he really does care for his constituents and open government. He has balls, and knows this business well. I don't agree with him on everything, but I do respect the fact that he stands up for his people and tries to do what is right!

I don't understand what you mean by being "offered a plum". Do you think he's getting something out of speaking out? I think just the opposite. Look at what happened to Julie when she spoke out against DWI money paying for Schroon Lake fireworks. They LOVED her until she questioned them. Unfortunately she did it at the wrong time (election season). They didn't back Kristy last time, now it's a love fest. I hope TS can hang in there. They want him out. If you don't agree with them, your done. If he were using his position as a stepping stone, he NEVER would have questioned why LS is missing. other wrote: He might be fine, since almost all supervisors are looking for a better ("with the state") job, not sure TS is a supervisor using his position as a stepping stone.
