The HPD just released that they are looking for a 2006 chevrolet express cutaway truck red in color black flat bed behind the cab and yellow lights on top with front end damage to the headlights and passenger mirror broken, this truck could also be a GMC Sahara. As they are the same vehicle. I believe this truck to be used for some kind of business and not a everyday family type vehicle

My heart aches for all of you. Destiny and Candy will forever miss the relationship with their Bubby. David, Susanne, and Crystal will always hurt, and miss their son. All of the rest of us will have to support each other, and take his memory and live by the example he set. David Wayne, or Lil' David as I knew him, lived the kind of life, that we all strive to live. The wonderfully fond memories, and positive impact on everyone's lives will forever be his Greatest legacy.

To all our friends and family we thank you for your prayers and wishes. We buried David on Saturday and both of his services went great here and in Hawaii to all our people on the island MAHALO. The police have a suspect in custody but not enough evidence for a charge yet. We will just wait and let them do their job. Thank you citizens of Oahu for your help and prayers in this case

David Sr., your temperance and bravery in the follow up days after David's passing have been very inspirational. You have been patient supportive of HPD in their process to locate the driver and allow due process. We have learned humilty from a great example of your faith and patience. DAD David I just cried when I heard the news. I know we've been miles apart since your Uncle LeRoy and I have divorced but you and your family will forever be bonded to mine. I wasn't surprised to hear and read that you are being so forgiven to the person who took your son's life. I will forever be proud of you. I commend you for your strength and your upbringing. I'll never forget the day you went into the Army. We fed you bananas , milkshakes and pancakes to get your weight increased. My brother Ted always called you bones. Hey...This is so sad it makes me want to cry I believe this is the accident that Ivan Black was charged. I went to school with Ivan at Satsuma he was in my class I cant believe it its sad that it took a life to make him learn a lesson. Im sorry for your lost and Ivan going to jail want bring him back and maybe he was really scared I dont know but Im glad your getting justices!!! I hope all of my friends and classmates of 07 take this as Serious as I do because alot of teens around here dont care and its sad. REST IN PEACE!!
