Don't be silly you need to be charged at least seven times to be considered a potential road hazard in WI.

Kids don't matter in WI unless you happen to be related to an attorney or politician, only the adults are a money earner especially females. In this case we will omit the fact there was any cause for fear of child endangerment. Sounds like Gran was the unlucky one, she didn't get to go downtown to continue to party. The state should be earning quite a few dollars over this 'plea bargain'.
