Just a quick post. We have used Scarsdale Eyecare Center for a couple of years - bought 7-8 glasses - so we were probably a pretty good customer. Recently, I bought a pair of Oakley sun glasses. They broke right away and they got me a new frame from oakely. They then broke two other times within one year - obviously something was defective. This time they broke and I asked them to fix it and they said they couldnt because the one year warranty expired. They would not stand by their product. Whats more, the day they broke, I asked them to pop the lenses into a back-up frame bc we were leaving for vacation that night. They said they did not have time.

I went over to Trapp Optical. They popped the lenses right back in for me even though they did not sell me the glasses. Whats more, they said they would stand by their product and if it kept breaking they would have returned our money.

We are going to be using Trapp from now on.
