From what I was told, fluoride is the chemical behind used for decades to keep Californian's from seeing or suspecting the water infrastructure being turned over to outsiders long ago.
Fresno, for example. Can you imagine an entire city being turned inside out, with every single structure altered as well as property lines changed and no one noticed?!? This is why there are no older records; the entire city is now setting on top of clamped water and sewer lines.
Same group relocating and reconnecting the utility poles/cables - they boast of close monitoring residents inside and outside! Entering homes and switching medications. This, I suspect, would be how more fluoride is being administered.
City officials are conspiring with developers in secret water diversion. They pay their risk analyst to lie and set up various residents to be eliminated in order to carry this out - the trail speaks for itself!
Water diversion aka: water shortage. And no one questions anything - they never saw or suspected being lied to and deceived by their city and state officials.
