WHAT the HELL are you talking about ?
Bruce...You have to remember...They're pathetic, unemployed, drug abusers without any friends, who are jealous of intelligent people with happy lives. They'd rather spend their days and nights making ridiculous statements on forum boards so they don't have to deal with the reality of how pathetic their own existence is.

Hey Donna,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family! I have felt guilty that the 20 times I thought about dropping by to say hi to You and James, I didn't. Forget all these sick rejects and Remember the brother you will always love. Ask Barbara for my number and call me anytime. Give mom KISSES and HUGS!!!!

great softball player, jim, played solid defense in center field, had a nice arm, and was a high percentage lead off hitter, kinda like lenny dykstra-ish. good team guy, popular, generous too, would always spring for the first round. Haha is cheap and never buys the beer, he mootches from others, so no one likes him, which is why he sends nasty comments in a time like this, very unhappy person, so pity his poor ass, and his poor miserable life. If life were just, jim would still be here, raising his girls, not haha who adds nothing except the stench in the air from his smelly words and worthless, miserable life, and I use the term loosely

ps jim would walk in to any room with this big smile and it was pretty infectious, he had a very positive kharma and was nice to chill with or be in court with, either way swell. Meanwhile, haha at this hour is probably in a fist fight, probably winning, and all alone. Pooor pathetic haha, go home and cook up some campbells soup in your small walk in kitchen in your smelly little studio apt. and go eat that 3 day leftover chicken and broccoli thats all brown, and drink that leftover flat miller high life, poor sap.

I Agree. The story sounds like a big joke. Who meets a so called business partner in a parking lot for a business meeting.
Sounds like a minor league Tony Soprano get-together

No one has posted in a while.
My brother is still in Heaven, everyone in the family is still emotionally struggling.

Update:
Monique pled guilty, is testifying against the other three shitheads. will be sentenced after last trial.

Thornton, Guilty: Life/no parole
(may you rot in that jail cell, and then off to hell you go,you low life, sociopath, piece of shit)

Festus, Guilty: Awaiting sentencing on Fri. 8/27/2010
(put on a show day of sentencing with a bogus note from a mystery witness that he wasn't the shooter)

Raysor: Trial in September, 2010

I am appalled and totally disgusted by some of the posts on this thread, you know who you are and you are as sick as the scumbags that killed my brother. How dare you make the comments you did without knowing facts.
YOU CANNOT DEFAME MY BROTHERS NAME BECAUSE HE WAS A DESCENT, KIND, LOVING, MORAL, ETC. ETC. ETC. MAN.

Of all of you, John Jr., you are the must sickest of them all and I tell you right now, if I ever bump into you on the street, you better run, because I will personally hurt you. That's right and I'm not a fighter, I'm a Christian and this threat goes against everything I stand for, but you crossed the line you mother fu**er. You'll never have kids when I'm done with you.

No one is going to say bad things about my brother or his family and just keep on walking. So look over your shoulder bro, because, I'll be looking for you.

You are such a coward, you think you are so strong to sit behind that computer of yours and write all these nasty things, tough boy? NOT

Justice has been served Three of the four murderers. Thornton, Raysor and Festus have been sentenced to Life with No Parole. Monique was sentenced today 10 15yrs to Life for her cooperation/testimony that helped to put the other 3 away.
It is done.
Although this does not bring James back, it closes this chapter. It gives some sense of closure for our family to be able to put some pieceses together and move forward.

To all you ignorant idiots. Go pick on somone your own size. To those that have supported and prayed with us, thank you and God Bless you.
