For thoes of you that dont know that Jim was a criminal attorney turned to a real estate attorney with criminal law knowledge and represented his partner trying to help him thinking the partner was a good man was helping that looser. Look what you get for being a good man, Look what thanks you get for helping that creep, Its happened to me too when ever i help someone that's down. Money is not my God and it wasn't Jims either, I new this first hand when Jim would never charge me the right amount of money when he would represent me in my real estate deals. I would say to him, Jim im not paying you that amount of money! and he would say back ; Too much Bruce? and id say No!Jim!!! Not enough , you have to charge more! For those of you that dont know him, look up his adds in the papers , he was the most reasonable real estate attorney in long island. again im elated that they arrested the creeps that did this and guess what!!! Another arrest is coming. See the fourth one soon!!

Here is my view on this , I would skin these bastards alive if i could. Look at them! Just take a look at these maggots, The partner looks like a punk thug, now look at that scarecrow with PINK hair and a tatoo on her neck with the ugliest face i have ever seen. Shes an exotic dancer? She looks more like a crack whore that belongs in a circus playing a clown. Now look at the other looser! him with a tear drop below his left eye, Now ? is that the tear drop you put there cause you took Jims life you piece of CHIT or is just one of the many now you will have to show off in prison that your going to go to for the rest of your life . Love ya Jim

Greed is good, however in this case it got this guy killed. Passion for his family (LOL) I think not. His passion was getting lap dances and collecting vig on his sham loans.

I Agree. The story sounds like a big joke. Who meets a so called business partner in a parking lot for a business meeting.

Wait a minute. Doesn't this automatically qualify as a hate crime? Let's hold vigils and march and run benefits for a week straight.Oh that's right, the victim was a legal American citizen. Forget it.

Because he was pimping out the chic for "private parties" as well as helping her "practice" her profession. Are you getting it all yet?

My feeling too. There's a lot more to this story to be learned BUT I bet that they will take a plea so we'll never know the true story. Appears shaddy to me and any reasonable thinking person.

I find it so hard to believe that NOT ONE PERSON noticed anything strange going on in that parking lot on that terrible day. It happened only a few feet off Jericho Turnpike, such a high traffic road, in broad daylight.

I used to work with both of them last year in Bohemia. It's hard to imagine this happening. James did a few closings with me, actual saved one loan by explaining the benefits after a borrower was about to walk. He was a family man, always like to talk about his daughters. Always said good morning, even to strangers.

Ronald on the other hand, was a quiet and very didn't close much about his personal life. He worked part time at some bar. A few few weeks, a female bar tender was doing cold calling for him. He was clean cut, I thought he had a career in front of him - I was wrong.

Good Luck to his family - James was a good man

Darnells got some bigasss lips and a wide nose. This is a hate crime, they hated a guy that had some money. What a shame, the world we live in.
