St. Patrick's Day
Irish

Brooklyn, NY

How do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day and are you Irish? Care to share any traditions and recipes?
In the morning we eat green bagels. Dinner is corned beef and cabbage (they don't eat that in Ireland), Bailey's Irish Cream and St. Patrick's Pistachio cookies. I enjoy the paraded in the morning and I'm not happy when St. Paddy's Day falls in the middle of the week.
Anyone else?
