NExt time someone is acting crazy they should send one of these activists to save him , not the cops.

or the police could be patient for a few more minutes until the airbag arrived, instead of brainlessly tasering him and sending him hurtling to his death.

I responded harshly in a discussion relating to this issue but I realize that the police have only a split second to make a decision in a situation, sometimes it's not always the best one. This is a terrible tragedy No one wins here, the officer was so consumed with guilt that he took his own life and there is a family out there that doesn't have a son anymore. Both families are suffering.

A twenty minute split second. The cops became enraged because the crazy guy goosed an officer standing above him with the fluorescent light bulb. When the crowd laughed at the goosing the Lt. got pissed and gave the order to taser.

Every Monday morning quarterback can say he should've waited for an airbag. Unfortunately the lieutenant never considered a fall from the balconey with its sad results. The District Attorney has stated no criminal charges would've been considered. It's a training issue and the sad death will be resolved in civil courts.

If your children were witness to the naked man's actions, I bet you would equally whine the cops weren't acting fast enough to your standards.
