Sam's will stay in Bellows Falls now that the Dutchman has offered a 5 year tax incentive to stay.

The Dutchman has ordered the Meter maid and police dept out of their favorite coffee shops to start ticketing all scofflaws who park in front of their business for longer that 20 minutes for unloading purposes only

Moore Law and the Tattoo Parlor along with town hall employees are the specific targets of the meter maids wrath now.

Speed limits have been reduced in the square to 5 MPH to take note of sales posted and Vermont Festivals.

Windham LLC will not be allowed the deeded parking spaces by McFlea and his Cronies 4 years ago along with other power company property adjacent to the hotel complex.

This properly is now deeded over to the NEW HOMELESS BOUTIQUE TENT CITY and campfires with burn barrels will be allowed without burn permits according to CHIEF.

What promises to be the newest revenue idea by the Chamber "DIRECTRESS" and her mate in lieu of rents a Rickshaw carriage ride from any town parking lot will be offered by the directress with a pooper scooper attendant in tow.

This residue will be offered free of charge to any Bellows Falls resident who feels the need to dump on town hall in lieu of tax payments.

This Rickshaw will be powered by the 25 year man and whipping will be allowed at all times.

The Sovernet building and adjacent green space will now become pot park as the new Compassion center to dispense pain medication.

All other dealers will be forced to register with the Bellows Falls police dept online for a fee of $100.000 to offset their budget.

Side street deals will be legal now and the war on drugs will cease so as not to burden the courts and overtime budgets.

The Bellows Falls fire dept will be hosting brown bag lunches BOOTED BY THE CHIEF FROM THE FRIDGE that belonged to the dedicated callmen who cant afford to buyout each day.

The professional union firemen will offer free meals on wheels delivered by the deputy in the new ladder truck when the union men order out at Athens each day.

Free online TOPIXS will be allowed at all depts
