Your credibility would be greatly enhanced if you did the following:

1. Get your facts straight! His name is Michael Jacques (the victim was Bennet), AND, the case is being prosecuted in Federal court, meaning the Vermont Governor has no venue to order his release. Further, the Governor is not going to order the release of specific inmates....that decision would be up to the Department of Corrections. Do a little research before you post!

2. Learn to spell!!

-Yeah right jway, like old England was, one of the reasons some GOT AWAY and came here yo!. But the practice was carried on by the worst of tyrants here too- Read about one very famous American Hero and what he saw that sparked him to become the great American Patriot he is known as-->

^It involved someone who DIED on the town square in the manner which YOU apparently think is justifiable. It happened in (what not quite yet called) America.
The point is, you may get a mob to agree with you to scourge a real rotten criminal, but where does that end, and who would decide who deserves to be flogged in the town square and how much hmm?

If we wait until they act on their impulses then we are all going to go broke.

Let alone, a life down a toilet.

I am more concerned about the juvenile who has been given a million chances. It is time to stop codling him and make him stand up for his crimes. The authorities can not catch him because family members feel it is more important to keep him hidden till things cool down a little. Then (BAM) the crimes start again. Hopefully he will be in the right place at the wrong time.

The troubles are at my age, I have seen many miracles with kids pulling out of their craziness....and object adults drunks and dopers do the impossible. You can never tell the hopeless from the miracles. I would give a 100 hopeless kids one more break and object failure of 99 of them, in order to find that one miracles kid who come back from hell.

Mike I would tend to agree that there is hope for some kids. This is not one of them. This kid has been pulling this same crap for years and he has his family to protect him. Break ins, robbery, stealing, beating on teens with metal poles, escape charges in Vermont. When is enough--enough?
