And you also knowthat after you use that open door policy you are put on a troublemaker list and you start losing hours,get put on the worst jobs and they make things so uncomfortable that you quit.

that is so true. not only that but if you are not liked their the same thing will happen all goes back to the "clique" thing...everybody sleeping w everybody, everybody hatin on everybody. Sorry place to work! i would advise anyone to watch out if work there..your friends are not your friends. watch your back people.

Posted in plain site will be a number to call regarding the policy. Corporate loves to know what is going on at store level, since they can't be everywhere at once. Nowadays when there is a lawsuit around every corner, all information is taken seriously and retaliation will not happen if you are doing your job. I work for a large corporation, so I deal with these issues daily.

Your feelings are the exact same as mine! But if they don't like you they will find a way to get rid of you! I've seen sooo many ppl get fired or just quit because they were sick of the drama! The manager allows it to go on and adds fuel to the fire then pretends he's innocent!

I wish this were true. You must be in connection with lowes. Which is awesome so you know how unhappy the workers are! How after years of not getting full tie they hire seasonal employees guarantee them full time hours and cut their valued employees time for college kids. Retaliation is taken reguardless of the proof! They will bully you into quitting and manipulate you when the chance is there. They are RUDE and DISHONEST! there is no HR they cant keep one! The last one had to have a pace maker put in bc of the stress!

I think it's weird that they are better on lowering prices to customers than employees. They would quote me a price but to a customer sell it for half that

You should know any place you work in tennessee is like that.you'll probably have to find a state that can't fire you for any reason,If ypou are not in with the good old boy clique or related,youre best bet is gather all the dirt you can on someone then let them know what you know.Most them good old boys act bad but you let them know you have dirt on them they curl up like a dog thats been beaten all it s life.

What do I know? As far as managers ans zone managers?The general manager is a habitual liar! You know SH? He lies through his teeth about everything! I think SS should run the store. BB & Tjb should get lost! I love DB because shell tell you how it is in a heartbeat! PC will tell ALL your business! GB is awesome! RM is very nice.
