Oh and the original bible used the same word for fermented and unfermented drink. In Isaiah 65:8 God called a cluster of grapes wine. What Jesus created was high quality grape juice.

Drinking is not a sin; Jesus made wine from water; remember?
Drugs usually means 2 people sinned-the seller as well as the buyer/user.
Yes, You are right Drinking is not A sin I should have worded that different being a drunkard is a sin.

Right but how many people drink one glass or beer then quit? Most drink to get drunk, the bible speaks against alcohol repeatedly because of this.

I can't believe this !!!! Just after church yesterday , my little daughter said that she saw two grown men kissing behind the auditorium curtains !!! I just passed it off as children's talk until she said they was a touching their WeWe's together !!! Then she said one of them was smelling the other ones finger !!!! I asked her if she could point out what they looked like and from what I could tell is they were both wearing Capri pants and tight fitting T-Shirts . If anyone has seen these two please tell us where so we can get them arrested.

Maybe that's what they were there for then, to repent. How can they if you are turning them away?

I know this will offend some, but I was sickened to look around the auditorium yesterday and see all the gays that had come out of the woodwork for Easter Sunday service. This happens every year. I guess they think that people will be more open minded and forgiving on Easter so they all just show up en masse even though they don't darken the door otherwise. You will never be accepted until you repent and turn away from getting each other up the bungholes! Then and only then will you be accepted. As long as you continue with your current lifestyle you are all outcasts and will never be accepted.
You pretty good at picking out gay people are you? They say it takes one to know one? Looks like going to church has taught you nothing, but I know, you think of yourself as a good ole bapist dont you? Glad you speak for chirst, why dont you tell him, face to face, on judgement day, how you ridiculed those people who came to hear his word and worship him, I'm sure he'd be proud of you,(NOT!). You're the very reason people are turned off from christianity, you, yes you, just did the devil a great service, sounds like you're working for him. You're so stupid, you dont even know which God you serve. Hint, he's in hell.

Oh really, hmmmmmmmm, I've never know grap juice to make an entire wedding party to , eat, drink, and be merry. And o, yeah, they were so merry, that they danced, and danced. Some pretty strong grapejuice, glad you were at the wedding, least, we would have never known.

actually, that was jesus's advice to a prostitute, not a homosexual, are (those people) as you put it. Why do you religious people put words in Jesus's mouth. If he had a problem with Gays, he would of said so. Not john, peter, andrew, etc, but the king of kings, the BIG man on the block, Jesus Christ, and he said not word against gays. No, not one!

You're about the worse liar I have even read on topix. Please, rewrite and try again. This time, try not to show your idiot side, then, maybe it will be believeable. And You're right, "I CANT BELIEVE THIS!"

Jesus and the Bible did not speak out about this? Read this link and search the scriptures provided for yourself. http://comefillyourcup.com/2013/04/03/homosex...

Gossiping, Backbiting, Tail bearing its all sin! God loved the sinner. Yes, he said He who is without sin cast the first stone. hmmm Then he said Go thy way and sin no more. If they don't get to come to church to hear this where else will they hear it??? Something to think about. We all have sinned and some short. I pray that God puts a love in my heart like he had. That's exactly the reason that sinner's want no part of the Christians. Too much Judgment and Condemnation. Love is what will win over sinners.

I beg to differ. Drinking and doing drugs involves only your own body. Corn hulling involves someone elses body. Big difference.
WOW, I see that Christian love coming out in you. How about "
judge not lest ye be judged". And it does say in the bible to not be a drunkard.

“I am what I am.”

The story does not say "Jesus turned the water into grape juice" though; it clearly says "wine"!

That's right! In the King James Bible, written by Jesus himself in 1611, it clearly states that it was a dry Pinot Noir "with rich acids and tannins framing extraordinarily complex flavors of grilled cherries, strawberries and raspberries, with complicating notes of cola, pomegranates, orange zest, anise, dusty Asian spices and smoky sandalwood."

Good times were had by all.

Why would you even start this kinda topic?? Gay ppl are NO different than str8 ppl,and they should be accepted regardless...they are God's children as well. You should invest your time in your bible...learn more about Judging ppl. Only God Can Judge...and you'll burn in the pits of Hell for casting judgement upon some1 else just bcuz they are gay.
