The family of an 83-year-old woman whose family said she was attacked and killed by an alligator in the Landings subdivision in Savannah in 2007 is asking the Georgia Supreme Court to reconsider their case.
Since: Jun 12
A person is killed by wildlife, shocking. In a place who undertakes every effort it can within reason to let people know the animals are there while at the same time trying to control that animals population. And the family wants to sue...shocker. How pray tell is the Landings supposed to cull the entire population of alligators, in a swampy environ? Perhaps this womans family is showing why she died, becuase none of them are too bright. Her family is surely showing it's true colors. I doubt all of their efforts are about educating people that there are alligators in swamps, which is generally common sense.
