NO, THAT IS RIDICULOUS! MOVE ON TO SOMETHING THAT IS A REAL ISSUE LIKE BETTER SCHOOLS IN THE AREA. PITBULLS ARE VERY FRIENDLY DOGS. ANY DOG CAN BE MEAN IF THE OWNER TREATS IT BAD. YOU CAN BREED DISCRIMINATE. BE INFORMED BEFORE YOU START THROWING OUT YOUR OPINION. CHECK OUT THIS FILM WHEN IT COMES OUT.

Sorry Mr. Phil, in last 30 days there have been a reported 142 dog bites and attacks across the U.S. reported to Law Enforcement Agencies, 45 of those attacks where attributed to "Pitbulls", they are a dangerous canine originally breed to "bait bulls" and for dog fighting purposes, this instinct naturally exists in the animals, I will give you part of the problem is owners, however these dogs have been known to turn vicious for no reasoning at all in a split second, as verified by many owners who were loving and caring to the dog.

There needs to be a huge fine when a dog gets loose
& A biger fine if a dog bites.Any one that has a dog needs to have a 6ft fence with a locked gate. Some people now have dogs becaude they can't cary a gun.

As if our present 'nanny government' is not enough.

Stupid people. You punish the owner with the VICIOUS animal that attacks people; not someone or the animal who has done nothing wrong.

It seems our "common sense" got up and left.

If you owan a dog you know it might bite. You need to know you need to pay for that bite. The dog cant pay for it. The dog needs to pay with its life, on the first bite.

I am sorry. I somewhat disagree with that.

A BITE is one thing; a MAUL is quite another.

ANY dog might bite no matter what kind it is, same with any animal. An animal is an animal NOT a human being.

I once knew a couple with a well trained and ordinarily sweet natured dog. That dog was known for growling and possible biting because of WHAT? KIDS on the way to and from school would kick the fence, poke the dog, tease and throw stones at it.

Now, would you blame the poor abused animal for trying to defend itself? If so, you don't know much about the real world outside.

If a dog simply comes up and bites someone without provocation, THEN the owner should pay for the resulting medical treatment of the bitten person to include the rabies check.

In our county at least, it is LAW that dogs have rabies shots. If you are in violation of the law, you can bite off more than you can chew if someone decides to sue.( da*n suit happy people)

Daily Horoscope for December 24

Aquarius

Keep calm and all will be well. You're feeling slightly fraught because there are so many demands on your time, and it won't help if you're trying to juggle some last-minute chores with some fun-filled social events. Get others to lend you a hand, or tell yourself that perfection is not an option right now and that you'll have to scale down your preparations accordingly.
