I realize Tybee must survive as a city but I sure hope the citizens and city chooses NOT to go forward with the convention center and parking garage. The hook for Tybee is that it is a residential beach town and so very unique without big hotels and masses of people. I look forward to retiring on Tybee.

I am pretty sure it was from what I remember reading about that. Seems the deed was done under the cover of night and he had to pay a $10,000 fine if I remember correctly.
