This really ticks me off. This dog is being blamed for a little girl coming in HIS yard and banging his food and water bowls. Yes he bit her. He DID NOT maul her. I cannot blame this dog for this bite. If the child had stayed in her yard and not been making noise in his yard she would not have been bitten.
