Breastfeeding Friendly Spots in Savannah (Historic District)?

My husband and I are visiting Savannah in mid-December with our very young baby. I have just started breastfeeding, and I'm not super comfortable feeding in public. My husband and I are staying downtown, but we want the flexibility to keep sightseeing without having to return to the hotel every two hours. Do you know of a private place (or places) that I can go to breastfeed my daughter? I would prefer not to feed her in a public bathroom stall unless I ABSOLUTELY had to because the germ-factor there just creeps me out. A nursing room, a bathroom witha lounge area, or the like would be fantastic. Thanks!
