what good does it do, to report the abuse of an elderly person, only to have it unfounded because the person investigating knows the abuser and is on first name basis and friends with the person accused of the abuse? to call ahead and inform the abuser that they had better be prepared, cuz there has been more complaints made against them...we are supposed to protect and cherish our elderly in their last days, not make their lives a living hell...i wish something could be done about this person..but i am only one, and my voice is being ignored..
