meanwhile....while the Young pioneer press is picking stories like this........they totally ignore that nancy Pelosi knew all about so-called 'waterboarding" and what it means, and lied recently when she said she didn't.

Pack of liaars.......nancy lied, people died......what a party those democrats are!

And just where is that story about Pelosi? I expected it to be all over the news yesterday, and no one talked about it. She is such a lying pig.

Ummmm... go vent about what the Pioneer Press covers (or lack thereof) somewhere else. This story is *not* about Nancy Pelosi, Al Franken or any other politician, Democrat or Republican. It's about a creative boy from Minnesota who deserves our hearty congratulations! This young man won a national competition with a character he created for a popular TV show. Very cool--congratulations, Connor!!

Cool. I hope Connor got to hide initials in the drawing like Marc Brown does.

Meanwhile, certain yahoos cannot keep their political whining out of a story about a young man who creates a character for a national TV show.

What is the matter with you people, anyway? No, on second thought, don't tell us.

I would watch it again if they came up with some new episodes.

I love the looks of this new character, and her background and interests. I loved to watch Arthur with my kids. It's got great conflict resolutions. And my son watched it past third grade. He loved it. Looks like there'll be reason to watch it again when the new character comes out. Great job, Connor!

I met Marc Brown when I was ten at Ames Elementary and he was truly an outstanding guy. He was so nice an friendly to all of us! It was a good moment!

Why can't some of you knuckeheads stick to a subject of a kid drawing a cartoon character? A CARTOON character? Come on boneheads, get a damn life. Douchees!

Hey, if you like that the Young Pioneer Press puts some fluff-cutesy-nothing story on its front page for 24 hours as an "editor's pick" rather than EVER dealing with serious news that will affect all of your lives much more than your daily viewing of another Political Broadcast Service (PBS) mind-numby program...then go ahead and pretend like this nonsense small town piffle is worth the banner headlines it got......why not bury it down in the entertainment news where all you cryybabbies spend your time and "get your news"?

Everybody knows this newspaper is a joke!
