They seem only concerned with bicycles. What about small motorized bikes and scooters? Those are presently excluded from the path, but can't go on the freeway either. How am I to get from Sausalito to Mill Valley on my scooter?

You're being facetious, I get it. I have a 200 cc Vespa, which is allowed to go on the freeway. Thirty years ago I would have (and did!) go on the freeway on motorcycles, but now I'm 60 years old and looking for peace and quiet. If I went on the freeway on my Vespa, life would undoubtedly be even shorter than you suggest. Why can motorized bikes not also go on the path at a specified (i.e. slow) speed?

You'll be fine riding on the highway when You're in a scooter-pack, just shave Your head, get a flight jacket, some Doc Marten boots, and listen to Ska, and everything will fall into place.

Sorry Batman is late
This fighting for truth, justice and the American way is no 9-5 gig
Batman only drives the batmobile or rides the Larkspur ferry
Although it does seem quite unfair to make 100 percent of the citizens pay for something that is used by at best a handfull of residents or non residents who pay nothing
Instead of freeloading off the rest of us why not any additional sales tax on bikes or registration fee?
Make the users pay
If you can afford to pop a grand for a carbon composite frame and lycra foo-foo shorts shouldn't be that hard to come up with a few bucks
Liberals will like this they can give out tix for unregistered bikes to create more government revenues and maybe even hire more enforcement officers
