Look for Rely Pio Roda, the General Manager who mysteriously resigned about a month ago. He knows where the money went....

The company did not sell acouple years ago they just brought in new thieves. They have stolen millions over the years from companies that were not looking. A lot of the money stolen was done with the help of people inside the consignors own company. Charity cars never seeing the auction going to friends and relatives. Mr. Pio Roda also knows where the bones are buried. Entrade in Ill. is the parent company, but they are probably out trying to raise more money before SEC wakes up.
Rumor has it CEO Oneill got big kickback for buying loosing car lots from his friend. Why dont they ask Haidl some questions while he is on the stand in OC? There were just to many hands in the till!

I wish I knew what the main office is doing with all the companies' revenues. Their stocks are traded over the counter in the stock exchange. All the financial and accounting systems and disbursements are handled centrally at the main office in Aliso Viejo, Ca. Our Benicia office employees' payroll were delayed twice or three times and we were given notice that our pay would be cut 20% due to economic conditions effective immediately. I felt very sorry and sympathized with the Benicia employees, that's all I could do. I cannot work under those circumstances, therefore, I resigned.

Everyone owed money by this company should make a post on this site. All former and current employees get together and blow the whistle on them. Cities and counties check with the other states they have made quick exits from as to how many people are owed money. They recently closed in San Diego. Other states, Ga. De. Ill. Mo. Tx.
Why did they pay employees more money to have the dealers license in their name? The guy with the license in Benicia packed up and left the state.

This slow pay and no pay has been going on for about 6 years with nationwide. Why doesn't this newspaper put a reporter on DMV and find out why they have left them go on like this for so long? DMV investigators were frequent visitors to all Ca. Nationwide locations.

How could this go on for so long. There are so many small businesses struggling to make payroll, and they do. Why are these guys any different?!

This company has a judgment against it for labor law violations that I would like to enforce. Such judgment has been recorded with Los Angeles County and Orange County and Writs issued. Does anyone know if the executives, officers, directors or shareholders simply closed shop and opened a new corporation doing the same thing?
