I know not everybody likes Vinny, nobody can like everybody I suppose. I personally think Vinny is a good guy. He provides housing to a certain "clientele" that may not be able to find housing elsewhere. You get what you pay for, and if you're not willing to give a little, then sadly why should he. Why should he spend His time and His money on something that someone is only going to trash and not care because it's not coming out of their pocket. Sadly that's how society is these days. Get as much as you can with as littel effort as possible and sit around wondering why others have more. If you say he's a scumlord then that must mean you live in one of his dwellings, which means you may be limited on options of living arrangements. Everyone has a story and a situation, don't degrade him because he's providing others with a roof over their heads, it could always be worse.

Each of us have goals and we want to improve our quality of life. Although everyone has different abilities and resources we all have one thing in common each of us can do the best with what they have. We should all respect one another in spite of our differences. Every one of us were created for a purpose and mosst of us spend a life time figuring what that purpose is. Life is short. Don't waste it by sitting around complaining. Each day you are alive is a gift and you have a choice as to what you do with it. Try to make a difference in your life and make someone else's life a little better each day

Vinny is no better or worse than you are. He is successful, and he has worked hard for all he has. He also has problems just like you do. We all have bad times in our life and those times are there to teach us. Learn from your mistakes. Those who don't are fools and will only repeat them and make thing worse. Being a landlord is not an easy job. There are people who can afford to shop at Sacs Fith Avenue in New York City and cab buy the best of everything. Aren't we lucky to have stores like the Bargain Barn and Walmart for those of us who can't.

Vinny has done a lot for me over the years and I learned, if you take care of his property, pay rent on time, respect him and other tenants, he will do what he can to help you. I think most people get what they deserve.
