Smokers have been getting away with murder long enough. These foul smelling addicts with their yellow fingers and nicotine stained teeth billowing clouds of lethal second hand smoke as they puff their way to an early grave need to quit before the cost of their infirmities bankrupts our economy. Outlawing smoking in apartment buildings and condominiums is a good first step. Better health while they still live, cleaner air for their neighbors, and higher resale values for their heirs. Sounds like a plan!

It's not right to take their rights away to smoke IF THEY respect non-smokers property. I live next to smokers, NEVER had an issue with smokers. Now while they want to keep their place smoke free and away from their kid, they come out on their patio and it all blows into mine. It's rudeness like this that really makes the case strong against them. I'd like to have my home smoke free, after all I'm not the smoker. Let them keep it in their own home.
