Its a shame that they didn't even find him guilty of failure to report an accident. John Q. Public would have been hung. He should have been held accountable for Impaired and Failure to report. The case was well documented and the videos showed his demeanor of intoxication. But when you are law enforcement in Chippewa County you must get a pass.

He was judged by a jury of his peers and found not guilty. That's the way the system works. Don't like it? Too bad.
