Please tell us....while the DWI women hit the trailer...did the trailer have working lights... or even DOT type C-2 tape on the trailer?
The issue is most of these trailers do not have working lights... and are not easily seen. We had a person who was not DWI hit a hay trailer in North Carolina and the trailer did not have any lights or REFLECTOR TAPE. |

Collisions are way too common during harvest time. People generally misjudge the speed of these vehicles. You rarely see racks and gravity boxes on the road without slow moving vehicle signs.
KSAX definitely doesn't get any sensitivity points for the headline. |
