It's a real shame that they don't do some research on their own and make decisions from the independent studies, not the fudged RWJF backed, agenda, paid for ones. They also need to investigate how the Surgeon General reports are done and further info concerning them. It IS one more step into getting nicotine into prescriptions for the health benefits it DOES have. Web searches will prove the statements.
Doing varied web searches, tobacco is a HERB. The door is now open to bans on GARLIC, ONION and all herbs taking them into 'prescription only' as they also make health claims (see the FDA and also the health benefits of nicotine on the web)! There goes the Italian Restaurants and many other cultural and normal recipes down the tubes. I hope the Radicals and no-voters are real proud of themselves with the door they have opened. Living in a free country used to be a wonderful thing.
