It's time to get rid of these sissified judges and get some people that will actually hand down appropriate sentences. Attempted murder, with his background, should be an automatic life sentence.

Seriously? 8 years for a breaking into a person's home then slashing their throat. Had a previous record as a juvey and an obvious history of assault, but!!! because he is now ready to take advantage of the schooling prison has to offer, he get 8 years!! I need to run for Ramsey County Judge, it is quite obvious anyone with more than half a brain would qualify!!

Burglary, a more serious plea?? W.T.F. He already murdered once (his Friend) Why would they allow this animal out again?? How many victims must one have to be taken serious as a demented human?

I'm not the victim here and I felt sick to my stomach reading this, I can't possibly fathom what the poor victims and families of the victims this criminal has left behind and for those to come.
