I agree. He made a terrible mistake and he will live with that for the rest of his life. This daughter to the mother is going to far as far as I am concerend.
The school did all they could and I am sure his parents did as well. It was his choice. Nothing will bring her mother back period. Not even all her anger either.
It is a horrible situation all around for everyone.

This was no 'mistake'. He knew ahead of time what the effect of that amount of alcohol would have on him.

He chose to disregard that and place his own selfserving wants above the safety of others. He didn't have 2 or 3 beers - he had TEN. And then chose to drive and killed and hurt innocent people.

There is no-one in this country who does not know the risks and dangers of drinking and driving. ESPECIALLY after a prom that promoted safety by way of breathalizer testing.

This loser belongs in jail for a very, very long time.

Are you kidding me? He drove drunk and killed an innocent woman and critically injured another!! Don't be so hared on him?? He knows the risks and dangers of driving drunk and he still CHOSE to do so! Have you ever lost someone you love to a drunk dirver??? Obviously not!! I have!! He deserves everything the courts give to him and more!!! Drunk driving is no JOKE!! It kills!! And, 9 times out of 10 it's an innocent person that gets killed and not the scumbag drunk driver!!!
