Walking Signal does not work, Saugus?

Hi,

Anyone have idea, who to report that Walking Signal of Main Street & Lynn fells parkway crossing in Saugus does not work from last couple of months. Couple of people called the city but it is not fixed yet. What are the proper steps to inform the city to fix that?
