Casey Anthony verdict

I don't understand how a Nancy Grace, or any of her colleges on In Session or the other CNN shows, can possibly say that there was a lot of evidence against Casey Anthony. I watched the trial and I was amazed that there was absolutely no evidence presented that linked Casey Anthony to the death of her daughter. I saw or hear supposition, I saw lots of material items that were found but nothing was ever shown to make a connection to Casey Anthony. The verdict is correct; the prosecution failed just as badly as they Los Angeles Prosecutors in the O.J. Simpson trial. They did not have what is needed to make a connection.

I also cannont understand those people who are "shocked" with the verdict. We may all feel that Casey did this, but the Prosecutor needs to prove this.

I think this is exactly what Cheney Mason was talking about. To me they lacked professionalism by showing their bias. You CAN convict on circumstantial but it is NOT a forgone conclusion. The talking heads were not only arrogant in their opinion but they are also dissing the people & system ie the law that they are supposed to represent.

Nancy Grace not only tries to force her opionion on you but she is basically using brainwashing techniques with the use of the same sound bites/video with music at the begining & end of every segment. It's a repetitive loop that I think helped work the public into a frenzy.

Throw in the fact that CNN/HLN ratings were doubling when the trial started I wouldn't be surprised if the producers told the talking heads start commentating more inline with the viewers opinions which were formed partly by Nancy Grace's biased blizzard of "tot mom".
