I've heard a lot of bad things about Carlos Moral. I assume that is who you mean. But, he has always been good to me, as has his wife. I have never had any business dealings with him though.

I heard a little bit last night. Dang! 20 something charges? Most of them are federal charges? I could not find anything in any newspaper about it.

Julie should go down with him, she didn't have a hard time spending money that wasn't hers! Just be sure to remember that the DEVIL himself is deceptful to make people follow him as well. "Bandito",people are NOT always how they seem. There have to be issues in that household, living like a millionaire, stealing from others. I would call them "Slum Dog "Fake" Millionaires". They are NOT to be trusted, they would steal from their own family if they thought it would help THEM get something. As far as for the kids, yes it is sad, BUT if they really did CARE about their family they should have thought about that way before they started to STEAL FROM OTHERS to look like they are living large. If there are FEDERAL Charges, then there must be something to what is being said in the community. I don't think the Feds. would come to Ulysses just for nothing! As my name states "What comes around goes around". Those of us who have read this and other blogs and have heard stuff around town, know what has been said. I work VERY hard and VERY honest to make the money that I make, why should we give anyone any kind of sympathy or have kind words about people who can NOT make money the honest way like the majority of us in this community do? Why should people like him get away with that? Justice should be served and he(they Both) should have to pay the price for not living honestly!

It is being handled by the Attorney General's office. They have by-passed the local county attorney's office because of his dealings with the uncle/Asst. DA.

I talked to the KBI several years ago about what Carlos was up to and they wouldn't listen. I had info first hand as I worked for the county attorney's office at one time. I told them everything I knew as I wasn't going to let Carlos get away with what he was doing. Selling C-Paps and Bi-Paps to the government for patients that didn't exists or they were supposedly already dead. How about Alaska Health Care in Anchorage, Alaska? This was owned by both the attorney and Mr. Moral. It's about time justice was served.
